The Calm Before the Light Showers Leading Up to the Eventual Storm

October 28th. The day we all (especially you, Greg Oden) have marked on our calendars. But before the season starts for realz, we have an intense pre-season of season previews, predictions, and banter to enjoy.

Around here, previews will come in guns a'blazin' on October 6th. They'll be a little unconventional, but I guarantee it'll be interesting. On top of the previews here, I'll be doing a handy amount of preview work at HP. And because I'm a bastard, I'll be self-linking to all the commotion going on over there, but if you want to spare me the self-embarassment, check those previews out for yourself.

This is the beginning of the first full season for U&M, and I'm looking forward to the ride. I don't want to let the cat out of the bag or whatnot, but there should be some big changes in this little corner of the 'verse in the near future. Needless to say I'm anxious to get back into the swing of the season, which will bring about more consistent posting and some regular features.
